Arrangements have been made with Dalgliesh Weavers at Dundale Mills in Selkirk, Scotland to weave the MacVicar material and make kilts and ladies kilted skirts, etc. All of our kilts are made with our clan's tartan, which is registered in Scotland and is copyrighted in the USA.
Please take all measurements in inches. A guide to kilt measurement is located here. Be sure to use this guide before ordering your kilt below. After determining your kilt measurements, return to this page and enter the measurements below when ordering.
Clan MacVicar Tartan Kilt, 8 yd, 16 oz Wool
The MacVicar (all spellings) tartan is a 'Special Weave' and can be purchased from Dalgliesh Weavers only. This tartan is a registered copyright plaid product and our kilt pricing is substantially lower than any other comparable product from Scotland.
This is a formal wear, 8 yd, 16 oz wool kilt. Dalgliesh Mills will make a ladies' kilted skirt by special order only.
Shipping is direct to you from Scotland, therefore, allow 6 to 8 weeks from date of order to delivery. Shipping costs will be determined based upon your address. Prior to ordering the kilt from Dalgliesh we will verify the costs and contact you.

Clan MacVicar 8 yd, 16 oz Acrylic (Atlanta Kilt Co.)
These fine 16 oz acrylic wool kilts are a full 8 yards with deep pleats set to the stripe, (you may order pleated to the Sett which is the modern setting). They have three belt loops, leather straps, and pewter buckles. Each kilt has a hand stitched, cotton sweat panel and invisible, hand stitched front facing.
